Dear Client, 

Beginning immediately, we will be using USPS Priority mail for all of our sensitive mailings to include copies of tax returns, payroll information and quarterlies.  We’ve found that in the past couple of years using the regular mail system has been unreliable often being returned to us or greatly delayed. 

As a result of this change, we will be charging a minimum fee of $15 per mailing. If you do not want to be charged you must make other arrangements to get the information from us in a timely manner. We cannot accommodate UPS or FedEx requests.
